Southern Delicacies is an upscale picnic, event coordination and design company, serving the DFW area. Our passion is to create an intimate space for you and your friends to enjoy.
The process involves 4 easy steps:
Step 1:
Book Now - Check availability and choose the date and time that works best for your intimate picnic. Add any specific details and location. Picnics can be set up in a home location, or public park approved for picnics. During this step Southern Delicacies will contact you to finalize all details.
Step 2:
Our Offerings - Review all of our picnic packages, add-ons and catering service. Add-ons range from outdoor games, photos, card games, and more. Catering services include but are not limited to a range of delicious pre-set options or consult with our team to curate a meal just right for your occasion.
Step 3:
Add-Ons - It's time to place your order. Pick all items, including the number of persons for your intimate experience.
Step 4:
Contact Us - Use the "Contact Us" function to reach out for any questions. A member of our staff will contact you after booking to speak with you directly to discuss any specific needs, allergy restrictions, and color options.
We take care of set up to break down. Arriving at the location in time to have the full set up complete within 15 minutes of the start of your event. Events are pre-set to last 2 hours, unless a longer timed package is selected.
